Sunnycott holiday 2012 Season Tariff

Holiday Booking Details

Deposits
25% of the total amount payable with booking, cheque payable to Sunnycott. The balance is due (if paying by cheque) four weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Otherwise cash on arrival. We also require a £60 refundable cash deposit against damage, which will be refunded after your stay .

Option  - For an additional £149 you get 2 hours onboard your own flybridge cruiser with skipper for up to 6 people and free use of a Gurnard beach hut for a day.

Telephone Bookings
Must be confirmed in writing with a deposit within 7 days.

Teenage Parties
No Bookings are taken for groups of teenagers.

Caravans
Are fully equipped for 4 or 6 people with quilts, pillows, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer etc. Please note that bed linen is NOT provided, but can be hired if required - please see Booking Form.

Caravan Occupancy
Commences at 15:00 hours on day of arrival and terminates at 10:00 hours on day of departure. All caravans are cleaned to a very high standard and it would be appreciated if they were vacated in a similar condition.

Ferry Reservation
To secure the times of sailing of your choice, it is advisable to book your ferry crossing as early as possible. You can book your ferry online, ferry operators websites can be found here.

Cancellation of Holiday
Must be confirmed in writing. You are legally obliged to pay the balance for your holiday unless the caravan can be re-let. Accordingly, it is advisable to take up a holiday insurance and an application form for this purpose can be sent to you if required.

Pets

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, there is a nominal charge of £25 a week or part of, per animal.

Early and Winter breaks

Your caravan will be equipped with sufficient heating, extra blankets and hot water bottles if required for your stay. Your accommodation will be pre-heated prior to you arrival.

Note: All prices quoted include gas and electricity.

Bed linen is NOT provided,  but may be hired if required- £10 per double, £7.50 per single per week or part of. (quilts pillows and blankets and supplied)  see the Booking Form
